Ideas to help rare disease community

In conjunction with this year’s World Rare Disease Day at the end of this month, the Malaysian Rare Disorders Society (MRDS) is collaborating with PuakPayong to organise a “Mingle and Pitch” (M&P) event tomorrow at Talent Lounge, Damansara Perdana at 11am.

The event serves as an outreach networking platform where the rare disease community can “pitch” ideas and share their stories, experiences and aspirations with the public.

The first M&P session of its kind, the event also aims to create awareness of issues relating to rare disorders and reduce societal stigma.
